Police – Procedural Justice First-line Supervisor

This course for first-line supervisors incorporates some key content from the line-level course but expands its focus to organizational procedural justice and supervisors’ role in encouraging and contributing to an organizationally just workplace.

At the end of this training supervisors will be able to:

  • Define procedural justice and identify the benefits of procedural justice,
  • Identify the elements of procedural justice and challenges linked to implementation,
  • Define organizational justice and identify the benefits of organizational justice,
  • Discuss the elements of organizational justice, and
  • Identify what a supervisor can do to contribute to an organizationally just workplace.
