Police – TOT Recertification with Booster

The FIP® Recertification Course is designed for agency trainers who attended a FIP Train-the-Trainer (TOT) course within the last three years. Attendees will review the key principles of FIP, be introduced to updates to the Patrol Officer and Supervisor curricula, discuss implementation tips, policy review, and more.

In addition, trainers will receive our Booster TOT. This course will prepare FIP-certified trainers to deliver FIP’s Booster curriculum. Our Booster course is designed for agencies/individuals who experienced the basic FIP course approximately 18-24 months prior. The Booster course reviews the core concepts from the basic FIP training and includes high-quality video scenarios that allow participants to apply the key principles to common policing situations using a decision tree model.

FIP’s TOT Recertification with Booster is offered as either an in-person or virtual training.
